Our physiotherapist Sandra takes you on an exciting journey of gentle movement and deep relaxation. Our activity program is ideal for an active start to the day, to relax better in the evening and for everyone who wants to try something new on holiday.
A snowshoe hike for relaxation and enjoyment awaits you amidst the Glemmtal mountains. We start directly from the hotel, and the total duration is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.
A winter walking tour to enjoy the landscape away from the slopes. At the beginning, the Nordic Walking technique will be explained, followed by a leisurely walking tour of approximately 5 kilometers.
At nightfall, we set off with torches through the snowy winter landscape. Back at the hotel, we warm up again around the campfire with a hot cup of cocoa.
Morning exercise session "based on yoga" to activate the body and start the day positively. Movement and breathing are combined, leading to improved body awareness. The movement sequences are suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

A short running route along the Saalach towards the valley's end provides an ideal opportunity to activate the body's metabolism. The approximately 5 kilometer route is suitable for anyone with two healthy legs.
