More than 40 mountain huts provide refreshment in between, spoiling hungry and thirsty hikers with delicacies from the local cuisine.

Hiking enthusiasts enjoy sheer variety in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. The gentle Pinzgauer Grasberge are the perfect destination for hikes with the whole family. The peaks of the Kitzbühel Alps are a bit wilder, but fantastically beautiful. With their rugged characteristics, they also offer challenges and exciting tours for experienced mountaineers.
Thanks to detailed descriptions and interactive hiking maps, even newcomers to Saalbach can easily go on a solo hike. Expedition Kodok offers adventure stations distributed along a three-kilometre hiking trail. The goal is to find all the magic crystals and take away their magic power. A souvenir for this special scavenger hunt is a photo with the Kodok leprechaun at the Snapshot Station.
Once a week there is a special program for early risers: a sunrise hike followed by a mountain breakfast. You can get more information from us at reception or from the tourist board Saalbach-Hinterglemm.
Montelino's adventure trail is ideal for hiking with the pram. Numerous alpine huts offer refreshment stops and special offers for kids. The adventure is free of charge and the play pass for the children is included in the JOKER CARD.
Once a week in summer, parents and children go up to the mountain pasture with our horses. Once there, a delicious alpine snack with fresh milk, cheese, farmhouse bread and other homemade delicacies awaits all hikers.
